Hello, I'm Lianne Kula, a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Little Waves Therapy. I provide a calm, supportive space where children and teens can feel understood while developing practical skills to manage emotions, build confidence, and navigate life's challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by years of experience supporting young people with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and social challenges. Therapy is collaborative, paced to each child or teen, and focused on steady, meaningful progress that supports long-term growth.
