A range of evidence-based approaches, thoughtfully applied to meet each child, teen, and family where they are.

Therapy Approaches

No Single Approach Fits Everyone

Effective therapy draws on multiple evidence-based approaches, adapted to the individual. At Little Waves, sessions integrate the frameworks that best fit each child or teen's needs, personality, and goals.

You do not need to know which approach is right before reaching out. That is part of what the consultation is for. The following are the frameworks and lenses that inform the work at Little Waves.
