Support for Teens Navigating a Complex World
Adolescence can be a time of growth, change, and figuring out who you are: while navigating new pressures and expectations. We support teens experiencing anxiety, overthinking, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, self-criticism, and challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
Teens may also seek support with school pressures, motivation, Autism, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, social anxiety, friendships and relationships, identity development, social media pressures, and navigating life transitions or uncertainty about the future.
Therapy works best when teens feel respected, understood, and involved in creating goals that matter to them. A collaborative, person-centred approach is used to develop strategies that feel meaningful and realistic for their lives.
